We currently ship to the United States (all 50 states including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories) and Canada. International shipping to other countries is coming soon.

📋 Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday–Friday are processed the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We stand behind every product we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked. Items must be in original condition with all packaging.
📝 How to Return an Item
- Email us at support@wancove.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
🔧 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@wancove.com. Please include photos of the damage. We’ll ship a replacement immediately at no cost to you — no return of the damaged item is necessary.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned. Custom-engraved or personalized items are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
